So... remember when I promised this newsletter would be weekly? Well, turns out that when you're knee-deep in building something from scratch, time has this funny way of folding in on itself like some sort of entrepreneurial origami.

Why I Went Radio Silent

While you were probably wondering if I'd given up and crawled back to my old job (valid concern, to be fair), I was actually living in the most beautiful chaos imaginable.

We signed our first contract.

After weeks of blank Notion pages and that gnawing feeling of "am I completely delusional?", we've actually begun and signed our first contract.

If I'd written a wishlist of dream clients in my most optimistic moments, this would have been at the top.

The Beautiful Madness of Building

This past week has been a masterclass in controlled chaos. Late-night emails, frantic Slack messages (yes, I finally have a team Slack again!), and that intoxicating mix of terror, anxiety and joy.

The blank slate problem I wrote about? Completely obliterated.

Back to Regular Programming

Normal service resumes next week. I'll be diving into what it actually feels like to transition from "person with an idea" to "person running an actual business." Spoiler alert: it's messier than the LinkedIn posts make it seem, but infinitely more rewarding.
